Take with a glass of water once per day. The standard serving is 2 capsules daily, preferably with or after a meal.

For those looking to optimise results more quickly, you may take 3 capsules per day. You can take them at any time, though many users prefer taking their capsules in the morning with breakfast or at night before bed to support overnight skin regeneration. If using 3 capsules, you can split the dose 2 in the morning and 1 at night.
